These are high quality wine kits with no sugar to add, both 5 and 1 gallon kits are complete with yeast, stabiliser and finings. These are the simplest of wine kits to make, all you have to do is dilute the concentrated grape juice to the correct amount add the yeast at the correct temperature and ferment. The results from these kits can only be described as excellent.
